What are the differences between the JRNY All-Access and Mobile-Only subscriptions?

A single subscription tier is all that is needed. Determining what is appropriate for you should be based on your product and use. Below we break down the two options.

  • A JRNY All-Access subscription requires any of our Bowflex built-in touchscreen cardio products. Members have access to everything JRNY has to offer: streaming entertainment, profiles for your household, workout anywhere with access to the JRNY app for your mobile device.
  • A JRNY Mobile-Only subscription is designed for members who use their mobile device (phone or tablet) with any compatible Bowflex or Schwinn connected products–including the SelectTech line. Whether you use the JRNY app at home or on-the-go, members have access to all the JRNY fitness content: Motion Tracking, adaptive workouts, trainer-led videos, whole body workouts, and more. Note: The JRNY Mobile-Only subscription is not compatible on Bowflex built-in touch screen cardio products.
Is JRNY available outside the US?

JRNY is available (in English only) outside the US through ca.JRNY.com for people located in Canada and the Google Play/Apple App Stores for all other locations outside of the US.

How does the free trial work?

Once you’ve completed trial membership registration through JRNY.com, you’ll use the same credentials to log into the JRNY app and begin your profile setup.

Can I purchase more than one membership? Do I need more than one?

Membership benefits will be shared to all users on any JRNY-compatible machine. Strength & Whole Body users without a built-in touchscreen or Bluetooth-compatible machine will require their own membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership:

  • Sign in to your account on JRNY.com
  • Go to Manage Account in the menu dropdown (this is the round profile button on desktop or the menu button on mobile).
  • At the bottom of the Membership & Billing screen, select ‘Cancel Plan’.
How do I switch the terms of my membership? Monthly/annual?

To switch your plan terms to monthly or annual:

  • Sign in to your account on JRNY.com
  • Go to Manage Account in the menu dropdown (this is the round profile button on desktop or the menu button on mobile).
  • On the Membership & Billing screen, select the toggle switch. If you are on a monthly plan, you’ll be prompted to switch to an annual plan and vice versa. Select ‘SWITCH TO MONTHLY [or ANNUAL]’.
  • Please note that your new terms will not go into effect until the next billing cycle. The only exception to this is if your membership is paused. In this case, your new terms will be effective immediately and you will be billed at the new rate as soon as you confirm the switch.
  • Read the disclosure statement and select ‘CONFIRM’.
Can I use JRNY without connecting it to a product?

You will have access to the Journal, Strength and & Whole Body workouts when not connected to your product. Machine-specific workouts are only available when connected.

How do I set up a membership if I bought a used machine?

Whether you bought a new or used product, the sign up process for a JRNY membership will be the same. Start by creating an account.

Can I use my membership across different machines? At the same time?

Yes. Your JRNY membership can be used simultaneously across up to five JRNY-compatible products at a time.

How do I know if a product is compatible with JRNY?

JRNY membership trials are automatically set to renew according to the payment terms selected. You can manage your membership and renewal terms any time at JRNY.com.
